I have an AC 900 Tcat from 1995.

The fuel line is severely blocked. I can suck/blow on the hose inside the tank and it is sealed up tight. I can do the same with the hose before the fuel filter and ist blocked too...

I have bypassed the filter and the shut off under the hood. So its niether of those.

Is there anything else in the line between the tank and filter that can cause a blockage?

I have never had a sled apart before so I am unsure if there is another piece in there I should know about.

Any ideas on what could cause my line to plug before I tear it apart to look?

Thanks

My dads 94 T-cat had a filter inside the tank, and right outside the tank. 2 filters. Check them both.

Check the fuel line in the tank while you're at it. They age and get soft and can collapse easily. Some of the filters on the end of the hose inside the tank have a check valve; make sure that isn't sticking either.

It was ice in the fuel line right outside the tank. There was a 6" long ice plug in there!!!!

Got it clear and its running now.
