The web site www.sledshack.com is up and running. For a beginning site it looks promising. I strongly encourage any sledder to join and post up.You may see some familiar faces.

woodbooga: (WOOD-boog-ah), n. regional dialect, common to areas of New Hampshire and Maine including the towns of Ossipee, Alton, Farmington, Acton, and Lebanon; one who attempts to obtain free firewood to fuel woodburning appliances in an effort to mitigate expenses related to home heating with fossil fuels. Frequently used as a term of derision by non-woodburners who mock the presence of loose bark and other wood waste in the beds of their pickup trucks.

Hey, don't let that discourage you from joining, the site is focused on what ever the topics are and what you decide to post.

I am not the creator but I was the 3rd member and a moderator in the vintage section, the site is still growing and taking shape. There is a broad collection of members now, some form as far away as Norway and Sweden!

Doesn't look too bad, but no offense, I think I'm only gonna stay on one snowmobile site, as I spend enough time on here, don't need anymore sites, and it's gonna be sf.

I am actually one of the creators of the site. It was mainly started so that myself and a buddy can document our travels on the trails, but the forum has really taken off in the last month so that's been fun.
We have one live trail cam (mounted along an alley in Thief River Falls, but it is also a marked snowmobile trail), and plan on having more snow cams in the near future in Detroit Lakes and Hawley.
Let me know what you think and if you have any suggestions.
