Now that the snow is starting to fall I figured it was time to get the annual MN snow thread going again. If everyone in MN could post up their totals throughout the season it would be great. Lets keep it updated so we can all get some good riding in this year!

Heres to a great season!

We only have a dusting around Alexandria, just enough to ride around the smaller lakes and keep the slides lubed! Looks like we may get some tomorrow night.

Here in St. James.. Southern MN 40 mins from mankato.. We have had maybe 3 inches? Blew around so some grass still shows. I have enough to ride, but as someone said in another thread there is no base really.. The wind from the night/day we got snow made up some decent drifts tho.

I would say on the average Brown County has 2-3 inches of snow cover. There has been some blowing and drifting over the past day so some of the road ditches do have some drifts. Nothing to realy brag about though.

Just got back from a hockey game, alex picked up 1 maybe 2 inches along with some pretty gusty winds, making a few decent drifts...hopefully the start of a long snowy winter..........

I can see by your avaitor that you are the master of riding in marginal conditions and nobody likes being 'shown up' :)

Just a little less than an inch. I won't be busting my sled out till we have about a foot. I figure thats the smart thing to do.

Maybe an inch here in Alexandria so far; lots of blowing. Might get the sled out tomorrow for a rip around the lakes where it's drifted in the cattails.

Snowed here today, might have added a little bit to the ground but not a whole lot. Would have been out sledding but having sled problems now.
