Been working on my sled for a while now puting new bars, raisers, throttle and brake cables, hand warmers, grips, mtn bar, wilwood brake, throttle block, relocated all hand controls, and even painted my windshield black. I just need one more thing... SNOW!!! Next mod on the list will be a diamond s mesh hood, and maybe a boss seat but I need to save up some cash.
Tell me what you think so far!

Yeah man i was thinking about stripping everthing except the RMK stickers. I think it would be awesome to paint it black but im not sure how much it would cost, does anyone know? And im not sure if i want to spend money on paint when I think im prolly just going to get a diamond s mesh one. But im not sure yet

Looks really clean. How did you relocate the controls like that?

Holy Crap, is that about an 8" riser. Nice Ape Hangers. With that set up, you probably dont need a new seat, you will never be sitting down.

First of all I only relocated the controls because in order to put them back on to the bars I would of had to extend about 30 wires making it less reliable. So instead me and a buddy started brain storming and next thing I knew the controls were attached to the pivot mount on the raiser. I widened the raisers just enough to pinch the controls, then made a few brackets out of a couple pieces of scrap sheet metal using the existing holes that hold the brake together. Because of the relocation I ended up buying that wilwood brake that cost about $110 but overall I think its deffinetly worth it :)

Actually because the 900 has rider select, when the bars are in the 5 or 6 position they are straight up and somewhat uncomfortable while sitting. But when I move them down to the 2 position instead of being extending straight up, they are pushed forward at me causing them to not be as high. It feels fine sitting at that height, but then again I almost never ride sitting down. If I did I wouldnt have gone so high.

Yeah man I really think ill like the stability of the new mountain bar over the stock polaris one

Of course I've been watching this all the way through,
but wanted to stay in the back ground with it to let Kyle have his thread.
It's basically the same as what's on my 07, but I went with the 9" risers.
Anyway, I just wanted to coment that you did a really nice job putting this all together.

Honestly im not real sure about my next plans for mods other than either a diamond s mesh hood or a boss seat. Anyone else have other ideas? My dad just did the slp air box kit on his, im going to see how it performs before I buy one of my own. Post up some things you can think i should do!!!
