I've had a couple fun trips.
My first amazing experience, most miles I ever logged in a single day. 145 miles in one day, on a 1988 Inviter. Me and my dad. We ventured everywhere. At the beginning of our ride, there was a light flurry, and they weren't calling for much more than 2". Later on, my sled shot off on me, coming through a place called Devils Den. Just died. So my dad stopped ( was about 15 feet from me ), and brought his flash light over. It was just a spark plug, and we changed it. I walked back to his sled with him, and on the way back, there was fresh animal prints ( not sure what kind ), but we headed on our way. It was snowing hard now. We crossed a lake, and at least 8" must have fallen by then. By the time we came home, thankfully there was new sled tracks, because there was over 14" of snow!
Another one was. Last year, when my MXZ had it's downtime ( my 600, not my 700 ), I had arranged a ride with several friends before then. My dad was going to work, so his sled was free to use, so I got his permission and used his sled! We went to bed at 10, and got up to ride at 6! Out the door by 6:30, and rode to 6:30. That 4-stroke was amazing on the trail, and in the powder ( waist deep, when I was 5' 2" ), and it was incredible. That torque with the track it had just gave it the perfect power combo for the maine snow we get.
I got lots more fun stories, like the first time I ever really rode a sled, or the first time I rode my MXZ 600. All great times.

I would say drift busting with my '77 El Tigre'in the 80's. We had tracks in Richmont that were on a 8 foot bank so with the wind from the train and the wind blowing snow it use to kick a$$ carving it up. Althought the trip to waterbury was memorable too, getting buried will attach pics.

I'm just sitting here waiting for the snow. Retired from the Air Force 1 september and was stuck in Kansas for 14 years so needless to say the white stuff can't come soon enough. The riding was sweet back then. Love my Tiger handles so well and still looks the same today. It was the first thing I bought when I went into the Air Force and guess what the first thing was I bought when I retired. 2002 ZR 800!! I'm ready to be caught with my pants down, BRING IT!!

Maybe the day i drove my first snowmachine home from the guy that i bought it from, all by myself. It was about 4 miles home, down throught the woods. No trails, just me learning how to drive it for the first time. got it up to 55mph that morning. 1986 indy 488 fan. cost of a one hundred dollar bill. Thing took a beating. I gotta get it going again, won't start.

The time me and my friend drove to school my helmet was frost but I could see out of it so I was doing around 90km/h and then the sun hit it just right and I hit a huge wash out on the trail. The sled kept going I flew into the air rolled a few times ended up facing the wrong way. Me and my friend laughed so hard. It was hilarious. Sore ribs for a while tho after that lol.
If you cant fix it with duct tape, tylnol, or band aids your screwed.
