Hmm. I saw a show on Animal Planet like last week saying there are no recorded Piranha attacks on humans, ever.
They had a show of people swimming with them, putting human blood in the water to stir interest and they never did anything.
I'm skeptical of that link.

I remember Tarzan could kneel down and drink the water and know if there were Pirannas in the water. Nice skill to have.

That does make sense. From my understanding the optic nerve, conecting the eye to the brain, was atleast pea width and went straight back from the eye.
But I could be wrong..

I think this is fake after reading into it a little more. Still not the most pleasant of pictures though.

If anything the guy probably drowned or died somehow, than the fish would go to work eating the carcass. Another thing, how would they know he cut his hand trying to get out? Did he tell them?

I'm more willing to bet that the guy was laying half in the water for some time and that work was done by some sort of parasite. If you look closely, the chest cavity is almost empty. A fish that size wouldn't swim through a narrow hole between the clavicle and spine, there probably wouldn't be enough room for it to turn around to get out.

I have seen video of them inside dead animals in the rivers in South America. They get in through smaller holes than that.

It does not look real, if it was, it probably had something to do with acid. Why would the piranhas only head his head and hand?

well i also heard an wells fargo ad on the radio that said " we have never lost a cent of our clients money since the founding of the company" and i read up on it and there was 41k dollars robbed from them when they were about 3-4 years old as a company
