so i finalaly got my sled off the trailer for the season.. and im go up north for a big trip for new years eve. as i was rideing it a arownd the back yard i noticed a weird knocking noise comeing form the clutch area. so i pulled it up to the grage and reve it up when it was on a stand and and watched the belt and it was vibering and bonceing arownd. then i went back rideing arownd my yard for like a Half hour then pulled it back the the garge and looked at the belt and it was slowly shaveing a clean part of the belt on the right side. so im wonderding do i just need to get my clutch align or is there a bigger problem? i no its hard to say what it is, but thats the best way i can exsplane it. and i was just wondering if any one has had any simaler problems.. i have a 95 polaris indy trial

Well obviously you need to change the belt. You knew that. But why?
Start with the clutch alignment. That's usually it. And easy to check.
Also check the engine mounts.

once you have the correct measurements it's easy. Go up to allied leisure and buy a service manual

Yes it's easy and you will need the specs. And a clutch alignment tool, or a straight bar.
