Alright... You all are going to think im an idiot for doing this but it happened. While finishing my brake extension I went to screw in the new fitting from the line to the caliper, and I managed to strip the threads inside of the caliper! Im going to try and tap out the inside of the caliper and use a larger fitting but I am not sure if it is going to work because it is badly stripped. A new caliper from polaris is around $250 which seems ridiculous to me. But if I have to spend the money id rather install a better aftermarket one. However I do not know of any manufactures, someone please help me I'm trying to ride by next weekend and at this point its not going to happen.

If the threads are damaged in the housing of the brake caliper your pretty much SOL. They are not a standard thread pitch. Your best bet is to buy a used caliper off ebay or someone on the forums here parting one out. It will be much cheaper than buying a new one.

Yeah I also posted this topic on snowest because of their large number of members hoping that someone might happen to have a brake caliper. The polaris one is crazy expensive!

I just found an answer that might work.
Go to a banjo bolt fitting type set up at the caliper.
I have a fitting that I think will work.
I'm having issues finding you a larger fitting that will thread into your line,
but the banjo bolt system with the crush washers should enable us to save your caliper.
It's free to find out any way.
The parts are here and going out in the morning.
If it doesn't work, No harm done, but if it does, it will save you a couple hundred.
