loading up is when your oil clogs up the jets, causing a bog.

Ive always thought it was getting too much gas, rich and it fouls it out and bogs, maybe not necessarily foul but make it bog on take off? Not 100% on that.

But the jack stand thing is most likley for people with cold blooded sleds, they need to let it warm up nice and good. So once the cylinders are warm to touch, then you start giving it some throttle, like full throttle and let go and they do that.. Kinda like that do at the snow cross races if you ever been to one of those, they do that.

how does having it on a jackstand prevent that?

Im not sure that prevents it, did someone say it does? I would guess its only prevented if your revving the sled up so its not just idling, thats usually what they use the stands for. BUT the tracks usually spin slowly if on a stand, so that could be part of it, not sure.

jack stands are fine if you live in really cold areas but were we live at sleds tend to load up ,,meaning extra gas extra oil ,collects in the engine ,exhaust ,and you need to clean it out ,hopefully before it fouls a plug ,some diesels do the same thing ,unburnt fuel will run out the exhaust when they are idling ,and smoke whitest till the thing is warmed up fully and all the excess fuel is burned

I use a track stand to help warm the belt and track up a little before taking off, also obviously helps warm the engine up a bid without the extra load of being on the ground.
