Ive been thinking of a newer chassis, id prolly come close to getting one if i sold my 440 fan and xc 700 minus the engine.. So im just wondering what they are going for in the US?

Also, has anyone seen or know of any close to southern MN? It would have to be a race chassis, i dont care what year really, unless its a zx it has to be newer than 99, maybe 01 and up, im not sure about the 00 yet, only reason is cuz the running boards are wider on the newer ones.

Ive searched craigslist, and the forums and i havent really found much, are there not that many for sale right now or am i missing them?

Im interested in Polaris and Doo sleds.. ZX, REV, ProX, and IQ.. Prolly not gona be able to get enough cash to get an iq but its worth a shot looking for some anyways.. Please let me know if you have any info on some.

That is a nice sled, id love one of those. But its gona be more than i could afford at this point. Im thinking a roller would be quite a bit cheaper. I know all my 700 big block parts wont really all line up, id have to get new pipe, maybe wiring and all that, etc etc.. But does my big block 700 bolt into a motor plate for the iq or not? Do the iqs come with big block or what? Im not up to date on the iqs, dont know anything about them really.

That stuff wont work, it is an edge, but for one its a fan cooled one. And i would be spending way too much on parts putting a chassis together. I could never afford that. And i dont really want a cat haha.. Either polaris or doo.

http://polarisman.com/site/DisplayModel....&Year=2001

Its an 01, i dotn think its a prox chassis. Either way, ita fan cooled one and dont want spend the money for coolers and put them in. And it would cost a fortune getting all the parts to start from scratch with a tunnel.

I agree with westman here. The 2001 XCF 440 was in the edge chassis. The Pro X 440 fan was not available till the 2002 model year.

Your both wrong, if you knew what you were talking about you could look at the chasie and tell it is a 01 prox chasie. I know this because i have owned 3 "pro x" sleds and replaced a bulkhead on one, also owned that sled 01 xcf 440 sp. May of been the xcf sp but it was still in a 01 prox chasie... Besides that it would be to much to put into it, its still a prox fan chasie. May have been called a xcf but it is quite diffrent from a xc chasie sled or a 2000 xcf sp or xcsp 440.
