Just wonderin' where everyone check the weather for the snow forecast. I also would like to know how accurate the place you check is.
I check mine on NOAA,
http://nws.noaa.gov/
i'd say its pretty accurate.
what about everyone else?

Same here. Seems like all the long ranged forecast websites just get my hopes up so i try not to look at them since i know we wont get any snow.

I check www.theweathernetwork.com but it usually isnt that accurate. Only accurate way for me to check is to walk outside. Ya figure since they know whats gonna happen in a thousand years they could accurately predict a couple days.

Outside. It's the same everyday here. Usually 80 and sunny during the day and 70 and dark at night. Very little change from day to day. Usually hear from word of mouth if rain is coming.
I need big jugs on my sled, cuz my girl doesn't.

www.weather.com way more accurate then my local weather people, I think it gives the weather by 15 minutes now. Very helpful when I am riding motorcycle to work, whether I need to put my rain gear on.

I have found NOAA -- www.weather.gov to be very nice. They also have a very good and accurate hourly weather graph.

Definitely NOAA. When a weather system comes in, usually the local radio station is pretty good at storm totals and stuff like that.
1990 Indy 400 (Slightly modded with welded tunnel cracks and various used Indy parts from models throughout the 90's)
2006 Stihl Chainsaw
1980's Vintage Lawnboy Lawnmower
2005 Husqvarna Weed Whacker (It sucks to rewind the string, but that 31cc motor sure is torquey!)
2000 Polaris XCSP Edge 600 (1.5" Track, 22x40 gearing, Aaen exhaust, Student Driver pivot riser package)
2008 RMK 600 144"

Yeah - I really like their hourly weather graph too. I've found it to be fairly accurate as far as the amount of precipitation and the time the storm is going to hit. They also have good forecasts over their weather radio network which is handy if you are not in front of a computer.

www.johndee.com is usually fairly close. I also check on the local stations but the only dependable way to know for shure is to look outside.
