Once again a couple of real Einsteins decide to jeopardize our sport. Check out the story and then help catch these a@@holes. Please contact the WI. DNR with any info you hear.

I can't believe people do things like that. We had a great off-trail riding spot, then people started chasing the elk in the area, no more off-trail riding now...

If and when they get caught they will definitely get what they deserve. Big fines, jail time and I'm positive the DNR could take the sleds also.

I didnt really look for it to much, but i couldnt find the article. But on our trip up last weekend, we saw more wildlife then ever. We saw a ton of deer, almost hit em. On one trail we came around a turn and 2 deer ran across the trail, into the woods about 20 feet, and stopped behind a downed tree. So we stopped, i got some pics of them, and we watched them. About 100 feet down the trail there was a porcupine high up in a tree, and it was climbing. We watched it for a while. We enjoy seeing wildlife out on the trail, but hopefully i wont have the luck of my dad and plow into one. Thats one of the sledding stories i still havent heard.

That's really to bad. There's some guys I ride with that like to chase down coyotes, but I always head off when they do that. I tell them its pretty stupid, but I heard there was a cure for stupidity.

that's what *I* was thinking would happen. Holy crap.

I almost crapped my pants when one jumped out in front of me a couple weeks ago... thinking there's nothing between it and me but some fiberglass and plastic. No thanks.

Eventually they'll clean themselves out of the gene pool (hopefully).

That reminds me of the time this guy was telling me about how him and his friends found a coyote on a lake and they kept chasing it and running it over. They said it took like 6 trys to kill it. Makes me sick.

Totaly inexcusable.

That is a terrible story. Can't imagine what a person could be thinking to do something like that. Hope that those involved do get caught and a good dose of what they deserve.

When they catch these idiots they ought to turn them loose out in a field and let them run around while people chase and run them over with snomobiles- see how they like it!

Here it is w/o having to search through the above link which I found to not be working. These guys need to be tied to a tree themselves and run over w/144+ woodys. Actually a nice hole shot across there abdomon oughta' teach 'em.

Personally I have no problem with any means necessary to kill a coyote, hell, turn the toddler loose with a wiffle ball bat. The coyote is just a destructive animal. Deer on the other hand is a totally different story, these people are taking an animal that could potentially provide nourishment and sustenance for an entire family

"Well Dad i grabbed a fist full of the Go-Stick and, well, as you can see the sled is in that hole now."

There is no replacement for displacement.

"So you're a grown up? Do you drink a lot of coffee and smoke cigarettes? Cuz that's what my dad does."-My roommate
