So first off the sled runs great (I know, if it ain't broke don't fix it) But anyways the wire is to be plugged in for regular fuel, and unplugged for ethanol, mtbe or other fuels. I run 91 ocatne and it's plugged in. But my question is the fuel in my area is now 10% ethanol. Should I unplug this wire? Will I do any damage if I try it?

I believe you need to unplug it for anything containing more than 10% ethanol. If you're running the 10% ethanol that most places have, you should be fine to leave it plugged in.

When unplugged, it just adds more fuel across the board. Unless you know it's running lean with the 10%, I'd leave it plugged in.

A mountain lion roaming the prairie found a bull, killed it and ate the entire bull. With a heavy belly, unable to walk, the lion laid in the tall grass moaning and roaring. Soon a hunter, attracted by the roaring, shot and killed the lion. Moral: When you're full of bull, keep your mouth shut!

I have the exact sled you're talking about and we burned up one side leaving it plugged in with 10% in the machine. On the other hand I just broke in our new 06 XFR EFI with it plugged in and didn't have an issue. Keep in mind I was running under 50 for 20 miles. JMHO, take it with a grain of salt

My Arctic Cat dealer told me to leave it alone! I have ridden Artic Cat efi sleds for 3 years or so and have not had one problem. Good luck.
