Everybody is probably gonna laugh, but I like mine. It has enough power for me around here. We usually have 8-10 people in our group which slows things down a bit anyways. Probably if I was up north it would be nice to gat across the lake quicker. Its easy to start, very reliable, and light as could be. Get home from riding all weekend and still have the energy to toss it around in the shed. About the only thing that would be nice is a wider stance. You gotta get out of the throttle in almost every corner to almost a stop, just to keep it from rolling. But it gets me around and have a blast doing it

Main sled now- 2006 MZXZ 440/800 ptek.

Pro's:
-sled was done right by me, looks like it was right off the factory floor.
-only had 500 miles on the chasie when i did it, most of which by me
-motor only haad 400 km's on it
-gas millage
-durablity
-power

Cons:
-still manage to break it
-no warenty...

All and all i would like ot find a 07 NEW rolling chasie or a new mod, and put my 800 into that chasie, and put the mod into mine. So i can have a brand new sled chasie wise, motor wise if it happens, will be riped apart and put back to new, plus some minor mods. I love the sled though and would not buy a xp to give this sled up unless i could aford a xp mod as a spare.

i have an 06 600 fusion, As far as mods go, nothing really, just a 2" rise, some handguards, couple stickers, blue headlight covers, and a billet recoil handle. Only thing i don't like about it, are the dualies that were put on from the previous owner. I've been looking at getting C&A's but have heard a bunch of stories, which is making me debate if i want to get them or not. As far as performance/power/handling goes, it's amazing, minus the carbides. You get on that throttle and she f.uckin hauls ass. No complaints from me. Love it, and will probably keep this sled until she can't run no more.

when i bought my sled i didn`t really care much for it since i got it for peanuts i just wanted a little project/beater to keep me out of trouble....i took about 10 rides on it and i was really satisfied,i was jumping it large before i changed my shocks and it was still taking it good..like a couple of yous i wish i had reverse.(call me a wimp but that girl is heavy for a 5 hun ) i just wish it didn`t have to seize up..now i need a cylinder so my project is on pause till i get a job again...but i might just turn into a mountain mod .. put a 700 and a 136 or something since i need a new track ,it needs things but its a beater and i love it

Here is my sled, a 2002 Ski Doo Renegade 700 with a few additions (in my sig).

Things I really like about it are:
-The power the 700 pumps out
-ZBroz front shocks are rocking it
-SlyDog's are also rocking it
-The chassis itself; I feel really comfortable on the ZX in any riding condition. Only one thing I would change about it, but that is to follow.

Things I'm not liking so much are:
-Narrow running boards. This is my only complaint against the chassis, and this summer it will be fixed with ROX Sledtreds.
-Rear shocks. They are pooped now since they are the stockers with 5600km on them. Another thing that will be fixed this summer.
-I could say lug height. Right now it has a 1 1/4" stock track on it, and I can't say it is bad for around here. Might look at going to a bigger lug.

Overall I love this sled and will keep upgrading it until it fails completely (give or take).

2002 Ski-Doo Renegade 700
-RSI Backcountry Bars & 7" Riser
-Powermadd Throttle and Brake Extensions, and Handguards
-ZBroz Remote Reservoir Non-Adjust Front Shocks with Triple Rate Springs/X Center and Monster Performance Rear
-SlyDog Trail Skis with 6" Shaper Bars up front; 2" track out back
-Boyesen Rage Cages

well this my new sled, 2005 polaris fusion 900, 4000 miles,

things i like everything lol

what i dont like fuel economy lol
the little black things for the fox position sensitive shocks
and the track is usless its a 1" camo track but most of them are .5" now.
even on hard packed out hammer on it and it digs a hole about 4 inches down in the trail no traction at all, next year its 136x1.75.

My sled - 2006 IQR with a 600HO motor. The swap was done by myself, with the help of my uncle (exhaust setup) and the guy at the local dealership helped me out with the wiring harness.

The Pros:
Unique Sled.
Pride in building it myself, alot of blood sweat and tears.
Durable Race chassis.
Was a fun project that kept me out of trouble.

The Cons:
Small gas tank!
I can still manage to break it.
Kind of wish I would have gone with a 700 or 800 motor.
Too much pressure on the skis, tough to keep them above the powder.

Overall, I love the sled. It has been a work in progress since the day I bought it and it is still a work in progress. Next summer if I don't pick up another IQR to build into a mountain sled, I'm planning on going to a 144" track and possibly do some front suspension adjustments to help out with the ski pressure.

Just picked it up yesterday.
Pro's: EFI, handles pretty good
Con's: Track is absolute pile of ****, it just cups like a mofo, Bars are a shade low, little thirsty on fuel and oil, little bit of low end bog, no reverse.

Overall seems to be a nice sled but it's something new and a night and day difference from what i was on.
So on the want list....
2" bar riser
powerclaw track
more snow so i can get out there and get used to it

^^^The Attak 20 is a great track, when its in the right position for the conditions. If you arent getting traction now then flip it around. The lugs are desgigned to fold over and pack the snow down. If they stayed straight they would turn the sled into a trenching machine. For the riser I would suggest at least 3". You can go with a 2" riser along with 1.25" pivot adapter and youll be at a perfect height for the sled.

Also most M7's had the oiler set rich from the factory. Figure out your ratio and set the oiler properly. I have mine at 52:1 since new and no problems. I also get 10-12mpg when hard on the throttle and 15+mpg when just cruising. The low end bog is nearly impossible to get rid of. You could get it out with a fuel control box, or set the engagement high enough so it isnt an issue.

Well my buddy did that with his 162 and within a day it was cupped just the same. It gets good traction as long as its soft snow but take it down hard pack and its cuppedt. Not a big fan of the boondocker box or similar items. I like to pull and go not punch in codes even few miles to get it running good. I'll be figuring out the fuel oil mixture as soon as theres more than just ditches to bang.

Also i just noticed today when I was out ditch banging that it was acting like it cut out on the top end. It ran perfect until I busted through some deeper powder then it just got real weird. Wondering about clutching? It's clutched to the Cat specs and revs to somewhere between 7500 and 8000. Is that the range? I'm getting a manual in the next couple of days but Cats are a whole new can of worms to me. thanks

Here are our two sleds. The Cat is my main rider, while the Doo is mainly my wifes ride.

I love my F6.
The pros:
appearance
144" track
EFI, EFI, EFI, EFI, EFI!!! (you get the picture)
handles great
plenty of power for me

The Cons:
lugs are a little short, maybe would like 2 inch lugs
no reverse
seat is a little low, especially after riding the Doo

As far as my wifes Doo...
The Pros:
She has a sled so I or We can go riding more
great rider forward set up
reverse!
great on the trails and handles/rides like a dream

The cons:
carbs...not SDI

Also, the best part of having two sleds is that I can always invite a friend to go riding and have an extra sled for him.

Heres my 2001 Polaris Edge X 600 picked it up for $1650 in October.

SLP boost bottle
SLP big horn
SLP flow rites
3.5" Rox pivot riser
more coming...

I love how the sled rides coming from a 1994 XLT 580cc, ive road alot of sleds and I like how the edges ride. The Edge suspension is alright for aggresive riding but its not that great in the chatter bumps where a M-10 shines, and the stock skis suck. I will buy skis next if I dont buy a 09 dragon switchback.

Sometimes the intake vents by the windscreen get clogged and need to be wiped clear. The tach has a max rpm feature and you want to be running between 7900-8000. Mine runs best at 7940. I have a low elevation setup in mine which means heavier weights and a 44*/40* helix.

Pros I like the way it looks
it was the first sled bought myself
Has the potential to be fast if fixed properly
Not very heavy and easy to throw around

Cons Since May of 2007 I have put about 5 miles on it
Terrible bog until 6500 rpm then hold on for life
Suspension is terrible
The front should sit higher ( open to suggestions)
needs bar risers becuase my knees are higher then the bar while siting

After all said and done I think it will be a great sled after I put in about $2500. I look forward to being able to rely on a machine that I know will be just about all new whn I get done.

My indy rips hard but i wish i would have got it studded, and since it stays outside most of the time the suspension freezes up and is rough as hell for awhile, also when i do start it up the track won't turn cuz it usually froze. Prolly catch heck for not just lifitng up the track and getting it unstuck that way but i'm a one man team.

Here is my 2004 pro-x 600, I love everything about it but it needs somethings. *See below*

-Low chrome windy
-Red powermadd hand guards
-Jetting a main size or so
-1 1/4 ripsaw with 96 studs
-Red snowflap
-Windshield bag
-Mabey a newer bar pad(current one is ripped a bit)
-Could use a primary spring and weight combo also

Polaris Pro-X=Sledgehammer, and every bit as tough as one!
