Im not hip on Xtra 10 sleds... anyway my buddy has a 97 xcr 440 with xtra 10 and he has a severely bent spindle. Will a spindle from a evolved chassis sled with xtra 10 work?
Thanks.
-Mike

I do believe so. If its xtra 10 your good to go for sure. I sold my 98 xc 700 spindles (you asked me about them on HCS) to a guy with a 93 WITHOUT xtra 10, and worked perfectly. Those will surely work.
Speaking of that, i might actually have a spindle off a 97 polaris, PM me if you might need it, and ill check for you.

The spindles westmann sold are from a crc front end with plastic skis, if the sled doesn't have plastic skis it will be longer than what you have. It will raise the front end up.
Clutched
Jetted, boyesen reed petals, boost bottle, 98xc carbs slides, 1371 needles, gutted air box
Homeade 7 1/2" riser
Homeade suspension drop brackets
shortened and blackened windshield
powermadd handguards
144 conversion, tracks usa extensions, custom tunnel extension and rear bumper, IQ flap, 1.25" track

The sled actually does have later model plastic skis on it.

Sorry man, I was in a hurry and my ebay page got fricked up, I posted quick and shut down. I didn't see your quote before I posted. The link I posted are the spindles for a 99 xc with factory plastic skis, do you see the little step at the base of the spindle, that isn't there on the older ones, thats what gives them the height on the steel skis, and makes up for the shorter mounting on the plastic skis, make sense?
