so i tore my bulkhead on the pro x, i said you know what this chassis is too weak. So i picked up an Edge X800SP chassis, 2003 i tihnk its got the black hood with red tub and black tunnel...Any Ways i have all 4 rubber mounts in the bulkhead already to go, but i have the 2003 pro x mounting plate on my motor, it will not line up with the edge x mounts already in the chassy, so do i have to get the edge motor mounting plate? please help me...Also it looks like some drilling and cutting might get the pro x stuff to fit, but if there is a different plate i need i would rather go that route. So, Anyone done this? any help would be appreciated.

this doesnt really pertain to the question but you do know that the prox chassis is gonna hold up a hell of a lot better than that edge x right

yea the bulkhead on the pro x is way stronger then that of the xc...that is why things dont line up, because they are built differently...are you looking to sell any parts from the pro x?...let me know im looking at your seat and drooling...

You need the engine straps from an xc to mount the motor in an xc chassis, you can't safely modify the ProX ones to work.
