	Yes it can, my 99 440 mxzx has a speedo on it, it came on it when i got it last summer. You will prolly have to buy it part by part, check ebay and craigslist. Speedo, speedo cable, drive shaft bearing cup holder thing with the speedo sender on it. Prolly a new speedo bezel thing, unless you cut yours out to fit in the stock one.
