Plug any holes and take off the oil tank is what I've heard. Take caps lock off and maybe people will want to help you.

ya thanks for the info on sealing,I have skipped for years but not on a polaris, and thought its easier to ask what a close set up is for clutching and gears, and what I could expect from what I have all ready, everyone knows that they all will go straight at 50 mph, but Im looking to mess around at all speeds, thanks brad

You need to gear down. More like 18-40 or 41. You don't need to run any more than a 1.25" lug. Anything more than that and you're using up power to turn that big lug. If you want serious watercross help check out the waterx forum on www.sledfreak.com

thanks for the reply, any thoughts as to clutching as to use straight, tri, helix ? I dont understand with the step gears ,how do you want the clutch to come in slow or fast and also do you want the clutch to back shift fast and hard,I would asume that you wouldnt need the clutch to back shift to much if the gears are that step and you have a lot of slippage with that short of a track ?
