my seat is just starting to come apart at the back seam, the threads are still in it but its starting to seperate. I looked at some different glues and a lot claim to be the strongest and most durable.

anyone know the best and most durable to use that will hold up the longest in the cold and the fact that it will have pressure on it whatnot?

I just sewed it with fishing line, held up for two months. I don't think glue would work if you're anything but a trail rider.

I use a hot glue gun, works great, make sure to work it into the foam a bit to get it to really hold.

Definitely sew it with some very strong thread that you can get from a cobbler or an upholstery shop. Then seal it with Shoe Goo to keep moisture out.

automotive GOOP works awesome for fixing what you are describing! try it. i have used it on 2 of our sleds.

1997 Indy 500 L/C, motor just rebuilt: runs good. lost the engine mount while riding and its not in the sled!
