what are the differences between the cylinders on a 04 440 pro xr and a 05 440 IQ? one of my cylinders is bad on my 04 440 and i didnt know if a pair of 05 440 IQ cylinders would bolt of to a 03 or 04 lower end?

They are different but I'm not 100% sure what they are. The biggest difference is in the case because of the IQ, but the exhaust flanges might be at a different angle also. You can get a cylinder repaired for about $200 through madcow on here I think.
