I just found out that the week of August 5th the Hells Angels will be rolling into town. They will meet here for a week before proceeding to Sturgis.
For those who know the area, they have booked hundreds of rooms at Black Bear Casino and Blackwoods/American Inn in Proctor as well as renting out some bar down the street in Carlton.
Should be interesting. Wonder if I should go check out the festivities with my Vmax

Thats cool.  I am hoping to make it to sturgis this year. Have you ever seen the H.A. riding? It's quite the sight, they ride quite fast and just a few inches apart. It's pretty cool.
I hope I die like my grandpa did - quietly in his sleep... not like the rest of the people in the car.

mackinsaw Thinks it's mighty convient for the neighbor to wait untill there's snow on the ground and to ask me if I would do him a massive favour and cut his firewood for the winter for money as he is incapable. Dang I got some work cut out for the next few days.

Bigblock, you're a dumbass..
There's a pub out here they all meet at and the guys have no respect for anything. They go fill they're bikes up at the gas station down the road and they swear and yell and brawl in front of kids and women. They are a massive problem in the lower mainland near the coast, and if you've heard or seen the s*** they do you wouldn't think it was to cool..

mackinsaw, just because theyre a rowdy bunch of guys doesnt mean its uncool to see them ride. the hells angles are known for stuff like that, just a part of them... just need to get use to it.

society doesnt need to get used to gangs, society needs to simply stomp them out. hells angles or crips, its a gang of people causing trouble, plain and simple they cause trouble they need to be ran out of town.

I wasn't saying that they're the nicest bunch of guys you ever want to meet... Just pointing out that it's cool to see a group of guys riding that close together at the speed they go. Thanks for your input tho.

It probably is cool to see a bunch of bikes riding like that. But as far as the HA, they are nothing but organized crime.

A lot of people have respect for the 1% er way of life and thats why they are tollerated by alot of people.
But us Canadians know all too well after that Bull$#1T they pulled in Montreal during thier war with Rockmachine.
When you look through their history you can really see these guys for the scum they are. You cant paint all the thousands of members with the same brush.....but seriously what type of people does an organization like that attract?

I ran into about 100 of them on the highway last year. I was with my girlfriend on my suzuki and saw a ****load of bikes coming down the raod at me. At first I thought it looked pretty cool, until when they got closer. They were riding 3 wide and swung over in my lane to try and run me off the road. I was really pissed, it's not like I could do anything about it though. They are ruthless.

thats when you needed to be driving your truck and ran all those ruthless f@#$s down backed up and did it agian, then take all the drug money out of their pockets and donated it too charity....i can give you my address

Back in 1986 I was invited to a party they were holding in Carlsbad CA. It was quite a bash, all the drugs and liquor you could want. It seemed like a great time until some Angels decided they wanted some guys girlfriend. When this dude (non HA ) objected, about 10 of them stomped him, threw him in the bonfire, then pulled him out and extinguished him by pissing on him. I left after this, never did find out what happened to the girl. I also had several occasions to run into them in my 20 years as a cop. One on one they aren't anything special, but if you mess with one you mess with ALL of them, and they don't care who is right or who is wrong. I have picked up the pieces of several people who thought it would be cool to hang out with them. remember their motto

has anyone heard of the rolling stones/grateful dead concert altamont? the concert was in 1969 and the dead somehow thought it would be a good idea to higher the HA as security. they killed 4 people and injured MANY. they were running people over with there bikes and keeping crowds back with weighted pool sticks. one man who died was Meredith Hunter. he was a black man and pulled gun to the stage and was stabbed 5 times before killed by the HA kicking him. the Ha member was Alan Passaro, he got off with self defense.
all in all pretty brutal.
Bambi would have been a better and shorter movie if he was shot in the beginning with his mother
if a ride on lawn mower takes bumps better than your sled, its time to upgrade

I seen that on TV, dont know what channel or show I was watching but I remember seeing it. Pretty disturbing.
