get the crack welded. grind it smooth then plate it, weld the plate.

it shouldnt crack unless your jumping with no shocks or your landing weird or hitting rocks and walls and what not, the frame should have a bit of flex to it. (i think)

Try to fix it with a plate or weld. If it breaks buy a tunnel, a bunch of aircraft rivets and fix it up as good as new. Do not use pop rivets

that wouldn't be smart because if he waits to long and he breaks down on the trail or screws some thing up good luck on parting it out...My old powder special has coolant tubes through the bulkhead and i have seen people who have nose dived their sleds and cracked it and lost all the coolant then seized the engine.

weld those little cracks, plate, and run again... no need to buy a new tunnel for small crack like that. and the good point is that now you will know the tunnel is stronger for bigger air...[beatup]

take a small drill bit and at the end of the crack drill a hole, what that does is stopps the crack from getting bigger because it rounds off the end so theres nowhere it can split from, then get the crack welded, and put a plate over it.
