I was doing a little fall adjustments on the Summit yesterday and looked at the limit straps to do a little wheelie adjustment. I noticed that there is a thumbscrew to adjust the strap length, so you don't have to take the rusted bolts out, line up the holes, put the bolts back in, tighten them back up, etc. All you gotta do is loosen the jam nut, and turn a knob. Very cool in my opinion. Very cool.
Yea, they should do that with mmore sleds. Mine is the bolt type adjustment. Lousy to try to do it on the trail.
I just noticed, pulling my skid out for the first time, missing both the limit straps and the plate that connects to the long threaded adjusting bolt. Actually now questioning if was never there since I bought the sled 2 years ago. Can you damage stuff running without limit straps
