    I'm going to see if I can find anyone more local than MN. It's not going to be cheap but I guess I should find out what I'm in for if I decide to rework the lower end. Indy said if I just sent them just the crank it would be $150 in labor to press it apart and put back together. Parts sounds like it would be $250 which would include a rod. If I send the whole lower half of the motor it would add another $200 but it would be ready for the top end.

    Sled is sold guys. I have a few spare parts if there is any interest. I'll list them up when I go through them. I have two cylinders that will be a good cores. One cylinder was dickered when I had a ring failure so it's grooved from that, the other has transfer from a Siezeco sticking and it cracked between a lower transfer port and one next to the exhaust. I have a complete top end gasket kit. More to follow, I know I have some ves items but will follow up on what exactly I have.

    I have two cylinders that are good cores. One has a crack between transfer ports and a small fleck of nick missing at the crack. The other cylinder saw a ring failure and is grooved.

    1 - complete top end gasket kit
    2 - used sets of top end Orings (4 inner & 4 outter)
    2 - new Orings for ves piston stems.
    3 - new ves base gaskets
    1- new o-ring p/n 5411411 -119, I believe it's the smaller one under the head cover around the spark plug hole of the combustion dome.
    2 - new Wiseco pistons 2401M0660 "revised"
    3 - new ves bellows from Polaris
    1 - ves cap (black cap)
    1 - ves body
    1 - ves piston (rev 2) good used shape

    IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR BELLOWS I WILL SELL ALL 3 FOR $50.00 - TWO VALVES - NEED CLEANING FOR $40.00
    Also, new price on the TSS-04 roller that is ready to go with helix and spring for 98 440 XCR.
    The clutch is setup like the following and has been proven on this site to work very well.
    Team TSS-04 66/44-.46, red/blue LH spring w/ 3 delrin washers.

    I purchased 5 brand new VES parts for one of my XCR 440's. It took plenty of searching to nail down a few of these items, but here is what I was able to find from 3 vendors.

    Polaris
    - Valve
    - O-Ring
    - Spring

    Vendor A
    - Winderosa Bellow

    Vendor B
    - Piston Cap

    The piston cap was the most difficult part to find.

    I want to thank the members of this XCR 440 community for the emails you sent me and allowing me to purchase from you directly as well. I may still take some of you up on your offers. Much appreciated.

    Attached is a photo of 4 of the components. The Winderosa bellow is still in the plastic package.
