Could be sucking air in from cracked boot. Does it kick down when it warms up?

another question, i was thinking about changing the coolant out , 1 drain ?{ were is the bogger} what kinna process is it to refill and bleed, kinna odd also the coolant cap is a 18 lbs seems kinna high, also the track is favoring one side a hair , should i leave it or try to adjust for center, last but not least how much slack should be in the track when the rear is fully off the ground , thanks !

If you tried turning your idle down with the idle screws and it didn't work it might be that your carbs are out of sync. One or more of your carb slides are to high. You can check the slide height and if they are too high they need to be lowered to spec.Lower them by loosening the jam nuts on the throttle cable on top of the carbs, then turn the cable a little at a time until the slides start to come down, that will lower your idle, then you can fine tune it with the big idle screws on the side.Turn each idle screw a little at a time until you get it around 1500 RPM s at warm idle.It should only idle high cold for about 5 min, then kick down to about 1400 - 1600 RPM s Good Luck!

There is no antifreeze drain, you need to disconnect the lowest main antifreeze hose and let it drain into the belly pan and floor pan,it's kind of messy.fill the antifreeze tank or hose with the cap on it until it is full.Start it up and all of the antifreeze will get pulled into the system, fill it again to normal level and let it run with the front of the sled elevated slightly higher than the back.If it has the cap with the pressure release lever on it,run it with it open until you rear heat exchangers are warm.Shut the sled off, lower the front end and let the antifreeze cool and settle.Check level when it is cold and add according. With the track in the air you should be able to pull it down with your hand about 2.5inches on each side near the centre. If the track isn't off center real bad you can leave it.

^^^X2 on that. I do believe 18lbs is correct for the cap. Not to sure on the track...lift the rear and hang a 10lb weight in the middle of the track. I think I remember there being about 2 inches of slack??? If more than that it needs adjustment.
