    is Yeah two belts in one weekend,
    nothing like ridng a cat lol

    What makes you think oil is only getting to one cylinder? Did you check spark and fuel on the cylinder not running? How about compression?

    I put new plugs in it the belt side looks completely dry and the other is completely wet.... the spark is excellent but haven't checked the compression.

    Go through the carbs. Something isn't right.
