    95 xcr 600 polaris, extreme flooding

    ok I have cleaned carbs, I put in new needle and seats in all three carbs, I replaced all the mounting flanges, and all the hoses, I tried different fuel pumps, I check the floats for leaks, the flats are set right according to the book. heres what happens, after all that, I will start it up it will run fine for a while, then after a while the rpms will drop, I take out the bolts in bottom of motor, that let fuel out if flooded, a little gas will come out, if I let it sit all night, it will fill up the crank so bad it leaks out exhaust, and then when I take out them flood bolts, it will shoot gas out and I mean a lot, like it drains the tank over night, and will have a pile of gas on floor, not to mention how much comes out after I take out flood bolts.

    so assuming floats are adjusted right, needle and seat new and working right, and fuel pump is working right, no rips in diaphragms, what else can cause such flooding, crank seal? I did spray carb cleaner no change in rpms. I am completely lost on this, any ideas would e greatly appreciated. thank you.

    forgot choke are adjusted, and I got new choke and throttle cables.

    Are the fuel pump lines hooked up right?? Had that happen to me once. Did exactly what your describing.

    I thought of that, I have the same motor in my xlt 600 . and its hooked up the same, the pulse hose line hooked into the center of pump, gas line goes on the side with the arrows pointing in , and the 3 lines going to carbs hooked up on the lines with arrows going out, ill double check again, I hope its some thing that simple lol,

    I took clutch off the crank seal looks good and no rmp increase if I spray carb cleaner, im thinking maybe its the fly wheel side seal, could be bad. I am 99% positive the gas is going down the pulse hose, when I took carbs apart they still had gas.
    could the valves be bad in the fuel pumps , and they leak through that.
    I guess I can try the pump of the xlt and see what it does.

    thanks for your suggestion, I will double check tomorrow.

    something is array with the floats or needle and seat. Did you put in viton tipped needles or just steel?? is there crud not allowing needles to seal? is somthing not allowing floats to come up to fully seal needles??

    I got the Viton tipped, it even does it with carbs from my other sled, , could a pinched vent line make flood over night, that's the only thing, that I haven't replaced on it, originally it looks like it had check valves on each carb, now the vent lines just hang on the side of the carb.

    been reading about o rings leaking in the carbs, of course I don't know where they are
