Cold starting 2 stroke

I keep my ski doo outside. I herniated my disc last year and having a hard time pull starting the machine. I tried locating an electric start from Als Snowmobile but no luck. Any other suggestions to help the sled start easier? Engine block heater doesn't seem to work. THANKS
