rx1 seat fire

Last year I was pulling into a rest area and was told my seat was on fire. We put the fire out and later found that the wiring had started the fire by shorting itself to the chassis. Has anyone ever seen or heard of this problem? We suspect product issues and need to find if other problems have occurred in the same manner.
