What is wrong with my SRX

If eny one could help me out my 98 SRX 600 only runs on one cyl but it has spark and lots of compresion. I took off the pipes on the two cyl and they were full of gas. Is it the power valves or the heated carbs or somthing to do with timing I cant figur it out.
