get it in bulk if possible. only down side is 99% of bulk .223/5.56 is 55grn or 62grn which is fine but 70+ is normally better for accuracy. this is cheap, but steel cased. as long as you dont plan to reload this stuff is fine, its dirtier then hell lol. http://www.wideners.com/itemdetail.cfm?item_id=100000507&dir=18
