2000 polaris xcf 440 sp fan cooled

I just bought a 2000 polaris xcf 440sp fan cooled 2,000 miles on it the guy i bought it from hasn't rode it for 2yrs, My first sled ever don't know much about them but when it starts up it seems to bog when i push on throttle fast. Need some advice please.
