need some help

hey guys i have a 340 scorpion whip, which i have no clue the year etc. i purchased the bike for 100 bucks so i could have something to ride. here is the problem, i got plenty of blue spark, 110 pounds of compression in each cylinder, gas in the carb, and the carb sucks air when you pull on it so its getting air as well. but the bike just wont run, do you have any suggestions? please help before the snow is gone!?
