XCR 600

i have a 97" XCR polaris 600, that is very boggy. Especially in warm air. I know this sounds like a jetting problem but it is jetted according to altitude and temperature, from what the manual says. It is boggy until about 6000 RPM and then takes off and runs fine. We have experimented with the jetting, maybe the clutch needs something done with it.
