97 ultra spx SE OR NOT???

Can somebody please help me....i just bought a 97 ultra spx, i blew the chaincase and need parts how do i tell if mine is an se or not? And also i bought a new chaincase, gears, and chain because it ripped everything up inside....anything else i should need too??
