    If you haven't been receiving the emails, can you add the following to your emails "Safe Senders" list?

    This isn't a "solution." There is a difference between messages ending up in SPAM/JUNK (your steps SHOULD address that) and no email being received at all. In the case of the latter, it is many times related to things like the provider (in this case, YOU) having an improperly configured email setup that results in the recipient mail systems simply dropping the connection and refusing to accept the email at all.

    All it takes is one person reporting our emails as Spam to get us black listed. Some email providers are worse for this then others. Regardless, if you add those emails to your safe senders list, when I try and push through the block on my end, it will actually work rather then just get stuck again
