    Electrical problems

    I have a 99 grand touring. After it runs for about ten minutes it blows the fuse for the head light all the dash an hand warmers but stays running any ideas how to fix it

    Check the voltage regulator output. Also the hot wire from the regulator for chaffing. Sounds like the voltage is too high. B.

    Where would be the bast place to ckeck it at the fuse

    If you have a fuse prior to the wires splitting and running to the various locations, then yes, remove the fuse and check the voltage on the engine side. Also make sure the fuse holder is ok, and not corroded. It's either putting out excess voltage or a dead short(fused side) w/the wire grounding out somewhere. Electrical gremlins can be a real PIA and should be checked methodically.

    I have trouble with my headlight and dash lgoing out,checked and cleaned fuse,headlights and dash also rebeeper came on but went out again. The Fuse holders seem to be in need of change or cleaning? not sure if it easier to change or the fuse holders?
