Yeah, the kink in the pipe because of the shock tower stabilizer bar restricts a lot of flow. The Hot Seat Chubby single pipe is supposed to be awesome on that sled.

If you go to this link, they will show all recalls / bulletins applicable to your sled. The one about the cdi boxes is here too.

Well i have to tell you, I've got my 2003 Pro X 700 running real well... I can crush my buddies 2002 800cc edge X out of the hole and 9 out of 10 times on top end. He is studded with 192, I'm not, i have an 1 1/4 track. The only thing i did was play with a little clutching and jets...

I'm still working on my fuel mileage it's not the best, any ideas??? needles, TPS setting...

VForce 3 reeds are supposed to help with mileage, but I wouldn't spend $300 just to improve gas mileage.

So you want incredible performance and good mileage too?

I think there is a trade off in there somewhere.

Throw a set of 64 gram weights in it. On the Team secondary, go with a 62/46 from a 800 Pro-X or 64/44 helix from Hot seat. You can go with a softer secondary spring also. You have a black/red (155-222), you can go with a red/blue (140-200) and that will load the motor more (it will drop about 200 rpms with this spring with the stock helix). Jet the sucker down also.
