Okay so I put a rumble on my 02 Edge X 600 and there is a leak where the pipes fits into the can. I know I can use High Tempy Copper silicon, however my main question is, is there a donut that can fit there? Looking at OEM parts I see there is not one, but will the donut coming from the Y pipe fit as well? If so I would rather buy another donut to seal it.

nope the gasket at the Y is a totally different size if you couldnt tell from looking at your pipe... the leak is caused due to piss-poor fitment of rumble packs so deal with it or try the copper silicone.

just buy a tube of the black hi temp gasket maker, i had the same problem! let it sit over night and you'll never have a leak. the only problem is everytime you need to take it off and put it back on you need to reapply the gasket maker and let it sit over night. but dont use a donut it will be ineffective and will not work.

Shouldn't have to measure the flange when you buy something specific for a certain sled.
rumble packs are junk they are poorly made don't fit well and fall apart quickly.
Should have spent a little more and got a SLP Dynoport or something like that. They fit perfect sound great and last 10 times longer.
