Blown head gasket ? Xcr 600

    I just bought a 1996 Xcr 600sp
It ran a bit and seemed fine when I bought it but had old gas
I brought it home ran it a min and put into garage
I drained most of the old gas and put Seafoam and about 4 gallons of fresh gas in
I started it up on full choke put it down to half and got it running for about 30 or so seconds before antifreeze started pouring out of the overflow tube onto the floor
It was still completely cold only running for 30 seconds
I opened the overflow cap and antifreeze came out under extreme pressure everywhere
I couldn’t even get the cap back on so I help my hand over it
I checked the cyclinders and the right hand had antifreeze in it
My question is what could have caused this and is it most likely a head gasket?
Is there an underlying problem that may be more to it than just the gasket!?

Also the same night i came home to a puddle of gas on the floor
I pulled the sled out and shut the gas off and it seems to have stopped leaking
    Not sure what’s going on
The sled sat for almost 2 years before I bought it Saturday

There are people on here... lol. As I was reading your post, I immediately thought head gasket. Finding a replacement head shouldn't be too bad. Give her a set of of new rings and hone the cylinders while you have it apart. Easy preventative maintenance.

I had one of those back in the day and it was a wicked fast machine. Little clutch work and some V-Force reeds made it almost unbeatable. Miss the sound of that triple triple.
