Got a short ride in on the 440. I think the jetting specs I stated earlier should be about spot on with the UFOs and tempaflow. I have a bog, but plugs read perfect, no loading, and good idle.

I think the bog is my worn belt, its sitting low in secondary which should be adjusted.

Has anyone experimented with different VES springs in the 440?

LEDs hve come a long way in the last few years. Std LEDs usually do suck, all of the ones I'm using are from the website I posted the link to and are all "super" bright. The range of light and projections are improving making LED's the way to go. I bet in 10 years we'll see 30-40% of new cars with LED headlights, I believe Audi already has them with the R8.

Another question i have is, my exhaust valves seem to be leaking oil. So tonight i took them out thinking i may just need a couple gaskets, but the old gaskets looked fine. What else would cause this?
Are the trails open up there? Dude it was well above freezing today so most likely your running pig rich. The oil is normal, especially since your running fat today. are the bellows still ok, no rips?

No the trails aren't open. I've mainly been riding some of the powder we had and doing alot of pit riding. Trails should be opening soon though!

Also on Sunday when i had the sled out it was just slightly above 0. 1 degree celsius was the approximate temperature so it shouldn't have been that bad.

I took my exhaust valves out to clean them, and what a mess. Both bellows were very slightly cracked causing oil to be everywhere. Will i notice any difference in power with some cleaned valves, new gaskets and new bellows?

One other question is what belts are you boys running? 3211067 is the factory measured belt for the machine which is on it right now but is there another number that will work?

Yes cracked bellows will make it run like a dog. And yes any temps near or above zero when runnintg stock jetting will make it run like crap. Service the valves and you should notice a difference, mostly in top end though. Most guys are running the 074 belt.

I'm sure it's been covered, but is there any aftermarket pipe or can or both for our little monsters?
