Correct. I dont know how i got that belt??? I do know it can really throw a wrench into the whole deal.
Right now; HSP Black, S51h, orange HSP, 52/34 helix. Runs very well. Im happy with it. If it hooks.... hang on....

Might try my S53h's if we get some more snow on the lake.

Or she will keep till next year.

I am actually going to put my HSP white in a buddies ultra. No time to get the OEM spring for it and this spring was offered in the clutch kit for it.

    Thanks!
Steel spring. LH = left hand wound. There used to be some springs that were right hand wound. Don't know if this is still the case

Running the 075 belt should raise rpms about 2-300. That belt was stock on the 00 XCSP 600 and possibly the XCSP 500. Not on the XC 500 w/o VES.
What 52/34 helix are you running?

Cylinders may be ok...Won't know until the shop cleans them up...Nicacil may be rubbed off but I have seen worse clean up.

Put my jets back to 340/40 last night, runs much better. Still have a little more fine tuning with the air screw though, still getting hesitation off idle. Air screws are between 3/4 and 1 turn out, more towards the higher side. Needled clips were at +1 from center and temps were between 15-20*F. Seemed like it cleared up great after the first 50ft of a run. I'll see if I can get a video with my GoPro, been wanting to use that thing.
