Well I got my sled done last weekend. It took about 6 hours to finish. It was not that hard. I used Tracks USA rail and tunnel extention kits and a 144 2" paddle track Me and two buds hammered it out. We did it at my buds pole barn/MONSTER GARAGE! He is the only guy I know who has a big screen t.v. in his shop. Check out some pics. Thanks to all of the info you guy gave me. Thanks

Just need a mtn strap and call it good. Did you gear it down to match the track?

What kind of gas rack is that? I need something like that for my Pro-X 800 144".

No I did not gear it down yet, I am going a ride to the up in jan. I am going to see how it runs before I do any gear or clutch changes. And the gas rack was made by my friend Todd. He did a really nice job. It was made from some alum. 2" by 1" angle and so 1/2" alum. round bar. The tail/brake light come from SLP, and is set in a piece of 1" alum channel.
