It's a 1969.

My dad bought a 1970 Skeeter from our neighbor for $25 nearly 10 years ago. My brother and I played around on that thing a lot (our other sleds were at our uncles') until the pull start rope snapped and we were too young (and dad was too lazy) to fix it. It's in excellent shape (as is yours) and is sitting in the garage right now. I hope to get it back on the snow this year!

looks like a 1969 or 1970, if you lift your hood and look in the area around where your left foot would go you should see the tag for it with the model number on it, or at least thats where mine was. Some manuals here: http://www.vintagesnow.com/Evinrude.html
I also uploaded some condensed service data that you may be interested in:

I have a 1970 OMC SnowCruiser(C1500) with the 437cc and I have a 1967 OMC Snowcruiser(C1570) with the 362cc. The SnowCruiser was the same sled, but just the Canadian version.

Wow, great site, Dragonclad! I was working on my '70 Merc 250ER today and I wanted a diagram of the fuel pump and that site has it! Hopefully I can get it running now, thanks![thumb]
