I need some input on a track size modification that I want to do on my 93 Thundercat. I am wondering if I convert it from a 121 to a 136 how big of lug I can go for the track? Also if I can use a 136 suspension from a Polaris to do it.

You can put a 136 under it (need tunnel extension too). You can put any suspension under it you want if you have the skills. You will need the measurements from the donor sled.
A better suspension would be a TSL skid from any 97 or newer would be a much better upgrade.
A 1" to 1.5" lug track will fit under there.
