When we bought the sled it ran fine, when winter came some problems arose, bad gas had been left in the sled, and some one had installed a riser bar without extending the reverse cable so when you turned left the sled would try to reverse, we emptied the bad gas and lengthened the reverse cable enough that we can leave the riser bar in until the off season as it seems to no longer effect us. After some test riding the sled would bog terribly, not being able to rev high enough to spin track, every fuel line except fuel return line and the line from the fuel filter to fuel rail have been replaced, and new fuel filters installed. After all this it didn't bog for a few days until it bogged down until it stalled when turning onto trail, 2 days later it would do the sane thing 2 times minutes after each other. Now it seems to bog every now and then and really struggles at wide open throttle, the bog is very common at anything past 45 mph. just yesterday it seemed to bog when trying to go up a small incline in my backyard. What could this be? Fuel pump going bad, TPS, low battery. Anyones feedback would be appreciated as this is the first sled ive ever had.

UPDATE

Sleds issues haven't changed much except sometimes it gets better and sometimes it gets worst. Yesterday pulled my brother behind sled around the yard no issues until the bog returned and it stalled twice even though it sounded more like i hit the kill switch, when pulling the sled to start it agin the pump would not run, i would have to hit kill switch off and on to get the pump to run or click ESTART. I left the sled outside all day to think about her issues, later in the day i went for a ride and she was running great, No Bog and i was hitting higher speeds than i have all winter no issue. We were going to a gas station and as im pulling in it starts acting all funky, bogging at high rpms and struggling to move on tar. after filling it up it started running terrible, worst its been all year. Bog was back in full force limiting me at the 5k-6k rpms and i would have to let off the throttle every few seconds to keep moving. i had to get off sled to push it up hills and eventually the temp light came on even though the engine wasn't that hot and the coolant wasn't even warm. after riding for another 10 minutes temp light came on and i was stuck there for a good 20 minutes before it would ride without temp light being on, coolant wasn't hot, neither was the block. i was able to get it home and as im in the backyard starts acting fine with no issues. The problem seems to come and go and get worse as it gets hot. I tested crank seal on clutch side, nothing happened. I really dont know whats wrong with this thing besides it being a piece of ****!
