I have a 1996 Polaris Indy 500 EFI. I'm having fuel delivery issued. Every once in a while it will bog out. If you burp the throttle it will go again. It doesn't totally die the RPM's just drop. I have put in new plugs, new fuel line, new fuel filter. Checked the pick up screen in the tank. Somedays it will do it often and some days it will only big a few times. Any ideas i'm stumped?

I would take a look in to the air mixture screw. Make sure that both of them are one turn out from softly seated. This will help out the idle issue. The other thing there might be fluid in the crank case. There are small screws on the front of the motor under the exhaust. Take those out and lift the back of the motor and see if there is anything comes out of the motor. The other thing is if you have your sled sit for a time you inlet needles might not be seating all of the way and letting fuel in to the motor and filling the crank case.
