Just bought a 1996 Arctic Cat ZRT 600. Engine runs great, all stock except clutch. Burns coolant out of pipes, shut it off and all you get for a min is white coolant smoke. Could this be just the O rings? Did not see any cracks anywhere on jugs.little crack in 2 of the inner O rings.

sounds like there gotta be a crack in the coolent jackets in the jugs into the exhaust port, just a thought

Yes.... this is probably your culprit. how many miles are on it? might be worth doing the top end while you have it open. I got a set of SPI pistons off of ebay last spring for $150 for my ZRT.

Thanks toy ypu all!!! It was the inner O Rings 1 was flat and the other 2 were cracked a little. thanks a bunch, $75.00 for sled and another $85.00 for parts and runs like a champ. No more coolant loss. THANKS AGAIN
