ran when parked a few years ago, got it out of storage, installed a new battery, fresh gas, new plugs. It will not start, it will run if I put gas in the cylinders. The ECM is not flashing any codes, if I hard wire the fuel pump, it will run. But, I can not hear the pump kick on if I pull the rope. I have no idea, HELP!!!

Unplug a sensor and look for the flashing light on the ECU.. No flashing light means no power to ECU.
