Hey I had my machine out for the first time this year on the weekend and it had a hard time starting then it ran great for about 2 hours then i stopped for about 15 minutes and started it back up and it would rev up to 4000 rpm and have very little power going to the track i could walk faster any ideas what this might be?

thanks

Sounds like an air leak. that will raise rpms. Check pto seal and carb boots.

Hey would the brakes have anything to do with this problem?

It seems every time i hit the brake the engine wants to bog down.

Thanks

Use a cable greaser from both ends of all the cables. I don't think you are supposed to open the plastic thing. Dennis Kirk or other parts catalogs have them pretty cheap and you can use the for bikes and quads and other stuff.
